rosie11....please remember that SG and 221 put up a total of $300,000 in order to buy the shell...this is money that FTS did not have available, or FTS would have used it to pay down the debt, IMO...

This is why the 40% is held by them....remember also the latest PRs of Elysium purchases that have to be finalized...I'm thinking they will also require shares....we'll have to wait for the SEC filings for all this to shake out...
