Message: Internet Holdings Corp Agrees to Acquire Elysium Internet, Inc. in Stock for Sto

fletenpenny......you could be right there....Elysium has bought a lot of the domain names......probably the same ones referred to in this spin-out PR that drove the price up yesterday, that is until the loan sharks from a year ago drove it back down for their own purposes....

FTS in the January PR stated that not long after the "spin-out, FTS would begin to dividend out shares in the new entity (USFB) to existing FLIP shareholders....until that happens there isn't a market for USFB shares (liquidity).....the "liquidity" is needed to provide a USBF share dollar value for the whole event.....we just have to be patient, IMO.

There are many reasons for the volativity yesterday:

1/ short term/day traders buying and selling

2/long investors who for one reason or another, decided to liquidate their holding on the news after seeing the price dropping for the last month or so.

3/ Long term investors who increased their holdings on the news as they think the previous PR's outlining FTS Group strategy seem to be coming true. The first spinout has occured. the next will probably follow. (SREP)?......the dividending of USBF shares was promised to be beginning soon (albeit in a gradual planned way).

The problem with seeing this stuff blasted all over the many BB's is that too much "misinformation" is broadcast...you saw some of that today, although we are not sure what the motive was you can be sure it was in the interest ONLY of the person who posted it.

IMO, do your own DD, and evaluate for yourself if what was said in FTS PR's is coming to fruition. The spinouts, the dividends, the promise of better share prices once everthing has come to pass....all these take time, but most penny stock traders don't have time and want a quick buck with very little effort on their part...

I'm in for the longer term...I could have added to the frenzy yesterday by dumping my 4M shares then buy back today, but I'm not a daytrader and am in for a bigger payday (or loss) ...we'll see
