I read your description and cannot recall one part of it...did FTS originally buy Elysium for $1M? I went back over the 2007 and 2006 PR's and SEC filings and was unable to find it...I'm not implying it is incorrect, just that I could not remember that event well enough and I want to see the PR or filing where I could verify it in my own mind....
