So.......its not in a filing, but in a PR, that YOU interpret as selling the farm....
I guess we are back to our original argument, I say FTS issued the note to loan USBF $1M worth of paper (plus interest) so that USBF could buy Elysium from FTS Group...you say (or imply, for whatever reason, that FTS group is paying $1M to USBF to take the profitable Elysium off of FTS Group's hands...
Are you sure you don't have an ulterior motive? Are you buying or selling? .........
