Hfacto ... are you saying the filing explicitly names Scott or are the parentheses yours?

Is the "note" displayed? How do you know Scott "owns it"?

Nowhere do I read that USBF "HAD" a domain portfolio to SELL....

I do know that Elysium is in the domain portfolio business and FTS sold Elysium to USBF...
