More PACER docs today.

One doc had something interesting. A previous doc stated ~30 individuals/entities visited the RC mine to perform DD. One of the docs today had a larger number, quote:

[i]12. In addition, since in or about February 2010, the Lenders are informed that in
excess of 70 different individuals and entities have visited the Debtor’s offices to conduct a due
diligence review of the Debtor’s documents and business records with respect to the potential
purchase of the Property.[/i]
