10. The Debtor’s officers shall be obligated to continue to prepare, sign and file
monthly operating reports, including past due monthly operating reports. Debtor’s officers shall
prepare and file all past-due monthly operating reports by November 22, 2010, and Debtor’s
officers shall prepare and timely file all subsequent monthly operating reports.
