Essentially all it says is the sale procedures have been approved and:
The Court shall hold a hearing to approve the sale to the Successful Bidder,
if any, on December 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. (the “Sale Hearing”), unless such date is changed
or vacated as set forth in Exhibit “1”.

The changes to the procedures were so minor it isn't worth mentioning.
