In Chapter 7 BK
Looks like FG had a possible pump and dump. The facilitators of this action claim it was not intentional; I won't make opinions on that, just mention their posts influence on the stock price.
It starts with a 10 million purchase on 10/21. This is what started an increase in posts on the ihub site. One poster in particular started some serious pumping and had a good following. And shunned any bashers to a point they stopped posting. Volume increased and sp went from .03 to .055.
Then in October a second, more aggressive pumper joined. Then the stock price exploded on Friday on October 8 and continued on Monday October 11. And there were ~100 ihub posts a day. I posted on October 13 about the auction on ihub. One of the pumpers loved it and used it as new fuel. The common calculation that he/she used was the 26.5 million for 51% of RC mine by NW. So he/she multiplied by 2 and added 20% for the higher price of gold and said the auction would bring over 60 million, pay off all the creditors and make the FG sp worth 14 cents. There are obvious issues with the logic. First, there was only 9.5 million in cash with the deal. The rest was in loans. So to use it as an estimate of worth is 9.5 times 2 and thus 19 million, about what plat/Lakewood is owed. There will be more value due to the offset of gold, but this is a BK sale and things go cheap. But any way, this seem to keep the sp high.
Then starting 10/22 someone dumped a few million shares (which the pumper later admitted to) which brought the sp down to .01. Then 10/27 12:30pm EST occurred. The pumper posted a letter from Terry Lynch stating the best price for RC mine was probably 15 mill. Then he removed himself as moderator of the site and stopped posts. The stock plummeted to .003 in a couple of hours on 6 million shares. Which shows you the following this pumper had. If this really was a pump and dump, it is possible the letter was released so he/she could collect really cheap shares at .003. But, again unknown if this was just a pumping, or a pump and dump.
I will post the Terry Lynch letter in another post. You can determine its validity.
