Interesting news from Steele Resources (Scott Dockter's other public company) today:

This was a confirmation of the last 8-k that they have purchased a former FG property. But two pieces of interesting information was also contained in the 8-k. First, SR (Steele Resources) backed out of the other two nonFG purchases. SD, I guess finds this property a better investment of their time and money. The last of the other two purchases were announced August 5. So something has occurred since August 5 that they realized they could acquire the former FG property.

The second piece of info was the mention that they acquired the property from Durarock. Not FG and not Platinum. How did Durarock own (leasing rights) the property? Either Durarock obtained it from Platinum or FG. But, it does hint that an FG-Durarock merger has occurred for a property transfer to occur like this.
