FG is still trading in the pink sheets fgocq.pk But no matter to me, I was not planning to take the loss this year. I was going to ride it out (more for closure than for any recoup losses). Since, it seems to cost money for FG to stay in Chapter 11, it will either have its Durarock merger or go into chapter 7. In chapter 7 I can take the loss without proof of sale.
