I am hoping the high volume from Friday was from some investor with inside information, grabbing a piece for him/herself. But excluding that theory the only one I have is the 4/20 court transcript was released yesterday.

For viewers of this board and the IH board, it is well known about the possible merger, due to Iggles prying the transcript from the court early (thx again Iggles) and also from the mention in the laywer fees docs. But for someone who doesn't read these two boards, the first they may have heard about the possible merger was Friday when the transcript was officially released. Then read about the possible merger, which they thought was worth about ~15k for trade.

The first trade was 10:16 EST, which is 7:16am Reno time (the court location). I don't know what time of day the transcript gets released. PACER may release at midnight or 7am or 8am. But anything later than 7am PST it was not the cause of the large purchase.

I hope that is not the reason. But we will see.
