I am only looking for news about this stock about once a week. Which may be more than is needed. But this week, I didn't find any news. So I went looking for news that should be there and is missing. Innocent's (INCT.OB) 10-Q came out on July 15 and has no mention of Durarock. Neither did the last 10-Q. The LOI was announced on 2/23/2010 and stated the next 90 days will conduct DD on the mine. The 90 days is over, so why isn't it mentioned.

That has 3 conclusions: means nothing, DD still occurring. Deal fell through, or SD didn't want the deal anymore. Innocent just announced another deal and its a small enough company that it would be likely to get involved with two deals of that size.

So its not too likely its still occurring. So it is possible SD dropped the deal, for the FG deal instead. But that is a very optimistic view point.

I checked the Durarock website and it has changed. The Dayton silver mine has been removed on the Durarock website under "projects". Though the newsline is still there. Innocent is not mentioned anywhere. -Y
