Sorry, I haven't done any DD on FG for about a week, since it looked like nothing was happening. Today I found this. Its already 3 days old.

Its about a music record company in BK was reorg'd and merged with a mining company. Thus the mining company becomes instantly public and makes a new stock offerring to raise funding. Sound familiar?

The mining company is called SRI and not Durarock, but the VP of DuraRock (and former FG employee - David NcClelland) is now president of this new corp and 8-k states:

He is Vise President of DuraRock Resources, Inc., however, he expects to spend the majority of his time fulfilling his duties as President of SRI.

Scott Dockter (DuraRock CEO) was retained as a consultant to assist the company in property evaluation and expolration.... Mr. Dockter will continue to serve as a Director and officer to DuraRock however his primary activities for the foreseeable future will be in assisting the Company in establinshing its business.

My worry: is this the merge that DuraRock did instead of FG? Just more indirect.
