Early last year when they found out the heaps were yielding 1/4 of what promised and that FG knew about this for sometime, they wanted out. Did they think they could get out quickly? I don't know. From the first look of the NW deal they might have been out in about 8 months. Now looking back, it has taken so long, by the time they sell the mine, the permits for the pits will go thru (last I heard was August/2010) and they might of had a working mine. But, it is likely they lost faith and/or wanted to apply necessary pressure so something would happen.
