Two interesting charges at the end of month. I will rewrite them Verbatim:

4/28/10 - Telecon with Scott Dockter regarding tentative Firstgold reorganization plan.

4/29/10 - Telecon with Terry Lynch and Scott Dockter discussing possible exchange of stock transaction between DuraRock and Firstgold; telecon with Firstgold accountant Randy Refro regarding possbile uses of loss carryforwards in Firstgold; research possible securities transactiona between DuraRock and Firstgold.

This is the first real confirmation of the attempt to merge Firstgold and DuraRock, that I know of.
