No court hearing, no news, but there was one court docket about an hour ago that at first looked disappointing. It was just the bill for legal fees from FG's corp lawyer. Which was 19.7k for April.

But I downloaded and read it and there were a couple of interesting things. Here is the more interesting ones I found:

4/15 -was charged for reviewing email from Terry Lynch from possible Dubai investor.

4/20 -conference call with TL and Scott Dokter regarding strategy with Platinum's hearings

4/21- it was mentioned that this lawyer is also handling the civil case as well.

4/27 - conference about the 5/11 court date.

4/28 - reviewed email from TL regarding proposed plan of reorganization.

Well that's it so far. I will read with a magnifying glass and see if I can find anything else.

I'm glad I saw that there still may be a plan of reorg. And this helps confirm that Durarock is the company they are trying to merge with, since Scott Dokter was mentioned (CEO of Durarock). The Dubai investor may be moot since that was before FG lost the mine. Still on 4/27 they were planning to go to court on 5/11, which didn't happen.

Well, I still don't know what happen to the court date. If I find out anything I will post.
