Is on Monday the judge extended the response to the Civil trial brought by Platinum (not the bankruptcy trial) will be extended to June 4 2010. This was requested by FG on 4/22/2010 and it is signed by the Platinum's lawyer.

How does one interpret that? Plantinum has all the assets but still has not dropped civil case. may still need it as a card to play.
