The CTO was apparently placed because FG was in default of Financials etc....that's somewhat of a relief.

I would have expected FGD to be downlisted to the Venture by now....

...and I find it odd that it is still trading on the OTC...the Pinks.

Delays on the Financing/JV are not unexpected as well....I would hope that the US (and Canada) are a bit reluctant to sell off their Natural resources to foreign interests during this time of weakness....but having said that....I sure hope the deal goes thru.
