hey the last time I was there at RC ,if you are sure of your thoughts, there may be enought room on the 1 million Sq. Ft. pad to recrush and mix in the proper agragates and polymers to get the desired absorption they need. I hope we do not have to build another pad as the permits are long and hard to get in this enviroment of EPA. Cheers PB
