If I recall, I had an email from Philip at fgoc sometime ago apologizing for tardiness of newsletter.  He had said that he had had minor surgery which had put him behind the eight-ball for a bit.  We all, of course, would wish him a speedy and clean, no recurrence recovery.

Fgoc has been extremely forthcoming with info so far - and I am quite sure that they are dealing with a lot with the listing thing - so I don't know if I would be overly concerned at this moment IMHO.
