IMO,it's a roll of the dice.With oil tanking like it is,the SP might drop lower to a new 52 week low.Iwould wait,tax loss selling could also drop the SP as well. Congo with all their problems isn't helping either.You have to the $$ and lots of guts to buy now.Good luck however you decide.
