I have to agree with you...why else would DV be tied up for that period of time if the hole was dry? If that was the case, I'm sure that "Lose Lips" out there would have already been talking (regardless of the 'tight hole')... the anchor would be up... and we would have seen somewhat of a more pronounced sell off. Given all the rumours flying around now, my guess is that they've hit big time, and we're just waiting for the Namibian Gov't to OK the NR. Hoping for a TUPI TWIN ! A.
