well altitude universal have an option (had an option they did exercise it few days ago) and they had unitl september 15 to exercise it

normally you do exercise those kind of option when economicaly there is no more doubt in your mind that the deal is good.

at this point regarding block 1711 nothing is confirmed that anything economical has been found

universal did exercise anyway so 2 things possible

1- they did hit oil ...and all the partners are aware at this point but can t say anything due to hole status .

2- they did exercise it because of the other block but if they did for the other block no rush was needed nothing is done at this point not even 2d or 3d sooooooooooo.............

so question remain why exercise that soon ??????

strange very very strange but nothing can be negative for eng shareholders in that move for sure.
