Hey Everyone,

My take about the warrants is to ask why on Earth would you want the SP to drop in order to exercise your warrants? Wouldn't you feel more comfortable as a warrant holder to exercise your shares when they are trading well above the SP price for an easy profit. It just seems logical to me, but I may be off base so please feel free to enlighten me here. At this point, i'm not really worried about the warrants diluting the SP based on the fact that if i'm a warrant holder, i am in a position now to wait until the drilling program is concluded and have a better idea if we 'hit' or not. Why rush now to exercise, when there's not really a profit to be made a potential loss if we come up 'dry'.

As for the drop to these levels, i have no real explanation except my intuition says we got massively shorted when it was evident our run to 4 dollars ran out of steam and the next play for the big players to make a profit was to send it in the other direction. I also feel the SP and decision to short is completely irrespective of whether we are having any drilling success, but just motivated by the next quick buck. Again, i could be way off, it's just my take.

I initially bought in at 1.50 then 3.00, now i find myself averaging down and my philosophy is definitely long term because in time this stock will rise to a nice level again and i won't foolishly be spurred by greed and hype on this one which i definitely dropped the ball on. Plus, you don't make any money selling a loss, so i'm also prepared to buy more should we drastically hit bottom and then let it ride on Congo! And we could always hit something here too so i'm still optimisit the gains could be coming sooner than later.

Good luck longs,

Eudai
