stop losses "triggered"? & thoery behind "Tight Hole"

In my opinion, somebody knows "something" about K#1 (despite it being deemed a "TIGHT-HOLE" and is deliberately trying to "trigger" stop losses so they can "Load-Up" the truck so to speak). I can't think of any other reason for this sort of price decline with no news on the actual well itself! Ever thought that perhaps they've already struck oil and this MM in the SP is simply a..."created and formulated opportunity"...to let a certain group of individuals/institutions grab and get ahold of your shares CHEAP!!!!before an announcement of a (successful hole/well). Why else did I (and the rest of us) only just find out that this was a "tight hole" after the SP has lost so much of its value? I'm speculating...but, it's not like the Namibian Government suddenly sprung a 'tight hole' regulation/policy on ENG and its partners. Those sorts of "laws" if thats what they are would have been in place for a while already....at least IMO.
