Saw the email on the other hub, but have my suspicions as well.

My gut tells me you are probably correct, sometimes you need to grease people to get the wheels spinning.

I Hope that if your suspicions and mine are correct, it wont take a lot of grease and we get get the ship rolling here to Kunene.
