RE: Wells Fargo Settlement, Webinar #39 This Week, Tax Returns

To All CMKM/NHHI Shareholders:

As announced in a lengthy Webinar #38 Friday night, CMKM/NHHI has reached a settlement with Wells Fargo Bank in the extended lawsuit that we have been engaged in for many years. As with any settlement of this type, the terms and conditions of settlement are sealed.

The announcement of this settlement has, as expected, created a new round of highly-emotional responses from Shareholders, ranging from extreme anger to euphoria. I have received communications of all types, including those wishing for my early and prompt death and demise. After the extreme length and difficulty of the CMKM journey, I can understand the majority of the emotions.

For those unable to attend Webinar #38, I have attached a brief PowerPoint outline of the event, which you can access by clicking here or here for pdf version. Since the Webinar lasted over three hours, with many questions and much detailed discussion, the PowerPoint outline will only capture a few of the many important facts about the settlement.

For those of you who are troubled because I am prohibited from discussing the terms and conditions of the settlement, you will eventually be able to view the “numbers”, as they will be shown on the NHHI 2015 tax return, and which will not be a violation of the settlement agreement. ''
