BBRD/WERPO/SDE are currently waiting the mandatory 15 days. At this final merger stage, BBRD and SDE have done everything necessary. All of the details and due diligence are already long complete.

The only remaining steps are the announcements. There's plenty of meat coming as BBRD/SDE have thoroughly reviewed the numbers, contracts, costs, projects, and pipeline over the last few months.

The 400,000,000 shares was issued on March 21, 2014 which means BBRD/SDE had already done most of the due diligence before that point. This also means that SDE probably has had time to start working on additional contracts, or start up old negotiations.

I hope they release a very strong announcement, filled with enough details for a strong valuation by the market, followed by additional announcements which will keep the momentum going.
