I disagree completely with the quoted message listed below posted on another board about e.Digital and Handal.

This message against e.Digital is full of disinformation and half truths. It portrays the company, CEO, and legal team as less than honest. This message is full of misinformation and disinformation. It contains malicious rumors and it tries to use innuendos and hyperbole to create disillusionment. This message MAY BE a ridiculous and pathetic attempt at creating discontent with the company and the efforts of the legal team. (notice i said may be)

For instance... how in the world is HANDAL going to take every case to trial, especially when some of the patents have been narrowed significantly and stuck in the appeal process... duh

In regards to My claim about Handal and Falk not having the guts is a legitimate observation based on the facts presented and actions. Notice i said MAYBE its them who dont have the guts to take these totrial. We have over what 30 some completed lawsuits where not one has been taken to trial many of those with Handal. The average awarded damage in patent trials according to the mentioned research firm is $34,000,000 dollars. Edig settled for an average of less than 200k according to the last settlements in the last financial filings. Apple is most likely one of those. Probably the largest CE company in the world. Edig and Handal and even DM have had numerous opportunities to take this to trial and we have even read how they will take this company or that company and it never happened. There is a reason for that. Falk also continues to get his 185k salary and Handal gets paid as long as this drags out when it stops they don't.

My assumption based on my comment MAYBE they are the ones afraid based on the facts is not by definition disinformation at all. There is a great deal to suggest they are afraid to go to trial since they settle for such low amounts when we all now know that if they take to trial the average award is 34 million dollars.

Plus my motives aren't to mislead my motives are to provide others with the facts as I did provide. Those facts in this discussion were and still are the judge from CAL. did consider the reexam inspiite of the false misinformation claimed.
