(Letter from FAA) - Baltia received confirmation that Baltia's management personnel, system design, and other supporting documentation were found to be satisfactory.

Any issue with the DOT are now moot, now that Baltia is moving forward to phase 2 of the certification process. The FAA has notified the DOT that the application has been approved and is moving forward and that the FAA is satisfied with the management team at Baltia.
