It clearly stated the the Government is being sued by Hawker for the exclusion fro bidding on the contract.

Why did Beechcraft - Hawker not get a chance to bid? I have great respect for ABC news which supported Obama for thier effect to get people to Buy American.

Look at GE. Almost all their products are 'Maid in China' yet the CEO of G/E is appointed by Obama to keep jobs in the U.S. That is a fact so is the exclustion of the US aircraft manufacture from biddin on the contract . the lawsuit is a matter of record.

Do you think that every effort should be made to Buy American? Can we agree on that?
