You may be right, but I have other thoughts.

I'm tired of waiting for edig to do something. We have no assurance that nunchi or the patents will be worth anything. A good chance that by the time they get a partner it will be too late and who knows what will happen with the remaining patent process.

We haven't seen anything happen, outside of the DM agreement, as to new product or new source of revenue for several years. The BOD and management are weak and not proactive, it's time for a drastic change.

The best bet now for a small 7 man company is to take what they have to a firm that specializes in company acquisitions and see if they can find a buyer.

It's past time that they consider the shareholders and continue to line their pockets with salary and options withjout any evidence of performance. Without DM, the company wouldn't even exist, a reflection of those who guide the company.
