Misrepresented what I said and what I did. This is my reply...

Your post had 1 out right untruth and 2 statements that were apparently misunderstood.

Saying that I was sharing inside info with a VP of another company is false. If anyone at EDIG shared inside info with someone outside of the company, who had not signed a confidentiality agreement, which I have not, could put that person in jail....AND YOU KNOW THIS...

Sharing court info...what? The court rulings and licensing settlements of which EDIG has singed 19 to date, is all public info.

Tell me what is wrong when a stock holder with a good size stake, suggests two companies who have a technolgy, product or applications that are similar, consider a collaboration and partner up? CE companies do this all the time...license each others tech. Why did you twist what I did...or did you just not understand what I did? I am trying to give you the benefit of the doubt and have always been respectful to you, despite your negativity towards EDIG and the way you spin the posts of others. Here's what I did for the record.

The Options Media PhoneGuard Drive Safe app has several but not all the features/benefits of the demo of NUNCHI shown at the SHM that you did not attend. Having seen both demos, it peaked my interest, so I contacted OPMG, spoke with a nice fello about public info on their website, the product itself etc, then asked him if he ever heard of e.Digital in SD who is developing a tech called NUNCHI, and the company is licensing their FLASH-R portfolio thru legal action for patent infringement. He said he never heard of EDIG.

I then suggested to EDIG that they take a look at OPMG's website, do a little DD and decide if their was a chance of a partnership fit, and did so visa versa with the VP, then backed out of it. I have had zero contact with either company on this topic since.

All these tech companies in this social networking space, should know what "the other guy" is doing. Does Burger King know what McDonalds is doing? Pizza Hut and Papa John's? In this case they are direct competitors, but in the CE field direct competitors collaborate in product ventures all the time, or they simply steal the other guys tech and use it free until they get caught then pay up...duh!

EDIG is looking for partners to take NUNCHI to market and have expressed such during their 3/14 webcast, PR's, Q reports and at the 9/1 SHM. So, if an EDIG stock holder sees the possibility of a partnership fit, why not introduce them to each other then back out of it?

Conclusion: before you spread info on a message board, get your facts straight.
