Personally don't feel that any of this belongs on the board at all so this will be my last comment.

I agree there has been a lot of discussion and that what a board member owns is important consideration for any investor. But that's not what was stated in these posts.

As to misleading the board, it's been blatantly done before. Apparently it's not just my opinion in this particular case. Anyone who believes that a post containing over zealous statements or opinions are attempts to mislead, has every right to flag such posts, that's what was done in this case.
