Maybe, maybe not, but who are you to judge what posts have value and which do not with respect to business matters? Some just have more value than others.
sman is a great source of information, but it all adds to the overall understanding of how the system works.
Take it on face value.
If it's business related and one can extrapolate tangentially some legal points or financial conclusions and apply it to the EDIG scenario, I see no harm.
By your standards, we should really not discuss anything at all and just wait for the final ruling, as that is our only reality....which might not be a bad idea....lol.
