Message: Off Topic?

From what AGORA mentioned the amount of messages they received from members of this board were overwhelming, this indicates it came from many members from both viewpoints on the matter, not just a single viewpoint or individual.

I don't think anyone really objects to "some" off topic on the main board (except perhaps Richard and while I don't feel the same way I get where he's coming from).

AGORA has not stated why they took the action they did so I don't understand why everyone is assuming it's because of off-topic conversations? It could be for any number of reasons or a conglomeration of many. Perhaps they've spoken with the members involved privately in the past and are not satisfied with the result? Maybe they don't feel it necessary to add salt to the wounds by sharing these reasons with everyone?

AGORA has been extremely accommodating over the years, giving the benefit of the doubt far more often than not. And after having done all they can to accommodate? Those who have left have shared unanimously the same beliefs "I didn't do anything wrong" "Someone else did this to me" as if they were not even partially responsible let alone the cause.

While AGORA may extend the same courtesy of the benefit of the doubt to everyone I believe that anyone who believes they are above it all, or somehow exempted from the very same rules should think again. Food for thought for every single one of us.
