I gave you an honest answer to a legit question today, and I am giving you another one.

As a HL, I can see who does what via the manage violations tab, as any other HL can, and I assure you nobody here closed those two accounts.

Ask another HL via PM/email and what I am saying will be confirmed.

The bottom line is, the "final warning" was not followed and they took actions as promised.

All of this could have been avoided, if their warning was adhered to.
