Day 91 for EDIG.....

I have another stk and a hub here that is under a CTO in a province of Canada I think (?) is the term...not sure, but the stk can and does still trade in the USA (OTC.BB) and Germany.

It's an exploration stage gold mining stk.

It is presumed do to the BCSC issuing this CTO that the company is stalled from obtaining financing and moving forward with production plans. They are working on filing needed information so that the CTO can be lifted. Very long story.....

Today is day 99 for the CTO, so ya see, we are not alone and a few EDIG stk holders (I won't name names but there are 4 or 5 of us) have a double headache!

Both at the same time is testing our patience...LOL.
