I do not recall in my life time, and that's a BUNCH of Presidents, one who has to explain what he really meant to say more than this guy.
Even invites people to have a beer and chat in the back yard with the VP as a witness....rediculous.
Constantly having to re-word what he said, to get the press/public off his case.
