Yeah I saw it just as I've seen others before it. There are two things that spoiled it for me. First, were the shots of the duplicitous smiling face of Nancy Pelosi....as if she gave a damn about anything but her political career and turning us into Greece.

Then it was the selection of some song "stylist" to sing the National Anthem. What the hell does she think it is....some kind of blues or Hip-Hop? Next year it'll be some so-called "rap artist". How far afield will this culture go? Thank God for "fast forward".

It's not called the National Anthem for nothing. The song should be played by a brass band or the full Orchestra. If it's sung at all, it should be done by a mixed chorus or/and by the audience as a group. The song is supposed to express majesty and done with reverence....not some screamer doing it " rubato" and bending notes as if she were auditioning for an Emmy. Haven't these people been exposed to the concept of propriety?
