I agree that with financial success will come the need to get a management team with the level of expertise you mention.

Right now we have the same team since day one and fortunately they had the patience to see this out throughout all the twists and turns as the company evolved into a big market place and did not jump ship to greener pastures.

I think once they have this group of 19 done and are onto the next round and announce those elements in place, they will take that next step forward...and I look forward to that happening as I am sure they will as well.
