As a very recent veteran juror on a month long murder trial, i.m.o. this is ridiculous!

Not only did the tatoos that were hidden beneath his shirt, but when shown pictures of his body, there was totally enough proof that he was a gang member and had every intention of going after and murdering a rival gang member.

Showed much his character, lifestyle and intent! Seeing his "hidden" tattoos meant all the diference in the jury decision.

If they don't want them, don't get 'em!
