Insane perhaps....you can not do something like this and be of a mind that is working correctly.

Now the question would be, do you attempt to take this person into custody or shoot him. I could go both ways with this all night.

The correct answer, I believe, is without harming your people you take him in...if there is a problem that puts your people at risk.....
