Bashers come in all shapes and sizes. Some are blatant accusing management of fraud and lying while others try the more subtle approach. The latter type try and fit in with board members, announce they're buying shares when of course there is no proof of this, and when they are called out, try and play the victim card saying, "It was all in fun guys. Don't be so sensitive. I'm really one of you. Trust me."

They feign resentment at being called a basher and hope other board members will come to their defense. They say things like, "I have a lot of confidence in this company", yet in their next five posts take potshots at company officers...things like them being inept and unable to lead the company forward and bringing up past mistakes ad nauseum. All in the name of well-rounded discussion. Puh-lease.

I would never ignore these type of posters; I read every one of their posts. How else would I know when it's time to act on violations and/or ban them?
