I lived in Northern Cal at the time, and that is a true statement. The way the Fed Govt is treating our State, that slogan will unfortunately, have to come back! The have actually figured out a way to cut most of our very valuable farming land, because of a two inch fish, that is not even on the endangered species list. They go so far, as to say we are KILLING THE WHALES in the Pacific! When is this all going to end?
