Don't unpack the pom-poms yet. O wants to get something....anything.... out of Congress ASAP. He needs something to crow about to stop his plunging numbers.

As long as the bill has a public component, they(he and the Dem Congress) can build on it and eventually drive all private plans out of business. (See my Trojan Horse plan).
