As a lawyer, what aspect of 'investigating' a person that asks a question to either a candidate (JTP and Barack) or a governmental entity (Ricci v. DeStefano) via a law suit when that person (Ricci) was wronged in the eyes of the law do you agree with?

Or do you support endless investigations even when there is no evidence to support the initial accusations, and the investigations result in no action taken since there was no evidence found to support the accusations? (I can't think of any Governors that come to mind, can you?)

Does this 'stuff' really get to me?

I don't consider MY right (or yours for that matter) to ask and demand answers or redress from our government to be 'stuff' that demands unfounded, privacy violating, and vindictive 'investigations' in a desparate attempt to INTIMIDATE and SILENCE those who will want to assert their RIGHT to dissent in a civil manner, or bring a case if the rights have been violated.

Oh, and as for the birth certificate..... why has he spent nearly $1,000,000 to keep it from being released, signed an Executive Order (the first one he signed, BTW) to lock ALL of his records that would shed light on the matter of his citizenship, and fought in the courts for over a year to keep any record from being seen by the public?

It's a simple statement...

"You know what. It would be so simple to solve. Just produce the long-form document, certificate of live birth"

Seriously.... what happened to the Democratic Party of JFK's era? Candidates and Presidents who were for lowering taxes, inspiring this country (and mankind) to go to the moon (a phrase seen often on the main board ...lol) and would not back down to grave threats (Cuban Missle Crisis) to this country instead of ignoring and appeasing those current threats?

Why can't we get a President that puts OUR country first, and not their own interests?

Obama clearly is not of this country nor is he for the principles the country represents as a symbol (and refuge) of hope for people wanting to succeed and be free..... at least not compared to Kennedy (or Reagan).
