Me too! I think it is realistic, and the timing would be great. in view of the Markman date. Just perfect and works for me, and probably most here. If we knew that for sure, in advance, it would probably eliminate half the problems the board has been going through.l It is the lack of information that is killing the board, in more ways than one!
