Judge Napolitano stated on Beck's program that he believes The Supremes will come down in favor of the states, even under its current makeup. I don't know about that. I can count 4 sure votes but the swing vote could go either way. Sutter's replacement won't change anything unless he or she is a stealth conservative or has an epiphany in office. :>) I just hope the big 4 stay healthy throughout Obama's administration. If we're lucky, the smarter part of the electorate (Note I didn't say smart) wakes up, before 2012, and realizes they put this racially motivated and union symathizing Socialist in office.

Hotrod....teach your kids to question everything their teachers tell them. It's unlikely they will in the lower grades but it's generally the high schools and definitely the colleges that are infested with ultra Leftists. Now that's a real surprise. :>):>)
